After you have made an appointment with us by phone, via the contact form or by email and commissioned us to pick up your carpets, our consultants come to your home.
Your carpets are then measured and checked for stains, discolouration, tears, areas damaged by moths, holes, edge damage, fraying, etc.
Our experts then explain procedures for washing and, where applicable, any repair work in detail and answer all your questions.
The agreement regarding prices, work involved, payment method, etc. is then specified in an order form.
You then receive the original order form, where pickup of your carpets is confirmed in addition to the agreed details. All of our company information is on the order form, such as contact details and company identification number.
Our prices are fixed prices. There will be nofurther costs for you.
Our professional services are supplemented with a free pick up and delivery service, as well as assistance with rearranging the furniture and laying your carpets out again after washing.
Your carpets are insured from the point of pickup until delivery back to you.
